Privacy Policy

1. Overview

ZadFi is a decentralized protocol. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it is handled. We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service.

2. Wallet & Blockchain Data

When you connect your wallet and interact with ZadFi:

  • Your public wallet address is used to authenticate API requests via signature verification.
  • Transaction data (offers, requests, contracts) is stored in our database to provide the marketplace and dashboard.
  • All blockchain transactions are public by nature and visible on Etherscan.

3. Personal Data We Do Not Collect

ZadFi does not collect or store:

  • Names, email addresses, or phone numbers
  • IP addresses (beyond transient server logs)
  • Browser fingerprints or tracking cookies
  • Private keys or seed phrases

4. Server Logs

Standard server logs may temporarily contain IP addresses and request metadata for security monitoring and rate limiting. These logs are rotated automatically and are not used for tracking or analytics.

5. Third-Party Services

ZadFi integrates with the following external services:

  • Cloudflare: Provides DDoS protection and TLS termination. Cloudflare may process connection metadata under their own privacy policy.
  • WalletConnect: Used for wallet connections. WalletConnect may process connection data under their own privacy policy.
  • Ethereum RPC providers: Blockchain queries are routed through RPC endpoints which may log request data.

6. Data Retention

Marketplace data (offers, requests, contracts) is retained indefinitely as it reflects on-chain state. Server logs are rotated within 7 days. No user profiles or accounts exist to delete.

7. Changes to This Policy

This policy may be updated as the protocol evolves. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
